Client & Account Management
. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on redressing instructions and packaging requirements.
. Review, clarify, and validate client requests to ensure feasibility and compliance.
. Prepare mock-ups, draft proposals, and support clients through the approval process.
. Manager client accounts by tracking deliverables, timelines, and documentation.
Redressing Coordination
. Draft clear, accurate Redressing Instructions (RI) for production use.
. Work closely with the production team to assess feasibility of redressing activities.
. Coordinate changes, updates, and maintain version control for RIs.
. Assist production in troubleshooting redressing issues and providing clarification.
Inventory & Material Management
. Monitor and manage client-owned packaging material inventory.
. Track material consumption, shortages and replenishment requirements.
. Prepare and share material status reports with internal stakeholders and clients.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
. Liaise with production, QA, supply chain, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution of redressing operations.
. Support audits, compliance checks, and documentation related to packaging material activities.
Requirements:
. Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related discipline.
. Proven experience in packaging, supply chain, production coordination, or account management role.
