
Search by job, company or skills
Perform 6G pipe welding in all positions (overhead, vertical, horizontal)
Weld materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, etc.
Use welding processes such as GTAW (TIG), SMAW (Stick), MIG, or FCAW
Ensure strong, high-quality weld joints for high-pressure systems
Read and interpret welding drawings, WPS (Welding Procedure Specification), and blueprints
Prepare pipes by cutting, beveling, grinding, and aligning
Set up welding equipment and select proper electrodes/filler materials
Ensure welds meet required codes and standards (ASME, API, AWS, etc.)
Perform visual inspection of welds
Repair defects if required
Prepare welds for NDT testing (X-ray, UT, MPI, etc.)
Follow site safety regulations
Use proper PPE (helmet, gloves, fire-resistant clothing, safety boots)
Maintain safe work environment, especially in confined spaces
Maintain welding equipment in good condition
Keep work area clean and organized
Report equipment defects to supervisor
