Role: M&E Engineer
Industry: Building Construction
Location: Working at office, M&E Department (City Hall area), at least 5 years experience
Working at Jurong West project site, at least 3 years experience, salary up to $5400
Working Days: 5 Day (Monday - Friday) | 8:30am -5:30pm
Salary: $4500 - $6100
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- At least 3-5 years in M&E services & Experience in Main Contractor or Sub contractor M&E Department
Key Responsibilities:
- To coordinate with consultants/subcontractors on the shopdrawings/ samples/ method statement and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.
- To attend project/technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner/consultants for the site progress to proceed smoothly.
- To verify the work done on site is in accordance with the approved drawings/ specifications/ authority's requirement and also ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.
- Conduct weekly M&E meeting with the M&E sub-contractors to ensure that their work is in proper sequence and ensure that the site supervisors are aware of the work sequence to avoid clashes of site activities.
- To resolve site issues with consultants/subcontractor/supplier ASAP to minimise delay to the construction progress.
- To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.
- To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework including permit to work.
- To coordinate with consultants and contractors for combined services/equipment testing so that site is ready for authorities inspection.
