Job Description

Accounts Officer

Working hours: Mon-Fri 8am -5pm

Salary : $2000 - $3000

Working Location : Gul Circle

[5 to 7 minutes walking distant from MRT / Company transport at Boon lay & CCK MRT]

Job Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping including, issue sales invoice, key in purchase invoice, payment received, issuing payment voucher including staffs claim.
  • Perform AR & AP duties. Issue credit note and debit note.
  • Assist in close monthly financial report. ( P&L, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance,
  • bank reconciliation, JV like unrealised exchange gain loss, depreciation, interest on loan)
  • Assist to deal with auditor
  • Assist in preparing monthly GST report
  • Filling of documents
