Support chatbot operations, issues and enhancement matters
Ensure chatbot activities are conducted in accordance with the Company rules and regulations
Responsibilities:
Work closely with key stakeholders-including IT teams, business users, and Project Managers-on issue resolution and enhancement requests
Identify opportunities to enhance the overall user experience and support chatbot-related initiatives, improvements, and recovery activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders during UAT by validating features, identifying defects, and gathering feedback to improve platform usability.
Support chatbot UAT activities and assist with production launch preparations.
Develop, refine, and maintain knowledge library articles to ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
Participate in discussions to recommend best practices and propose innovative solutions to improve processes and system functionality.
Track and follow up on UAT defect resolution to ensure closure within the stipulated timelines.
Enhance the user journey by addressing feedback and resolving reported issues.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma Graduate or University Degree
2 years of experience in FI or insurance industry is preferred
Self-driven, resourceful and results oriented individual with proven track record in driving and achieving results
Strong interpersonal skills, energetic and enthusiastic individual who is able to engage and collaborate with all stakeholders / employees in the company
Good communication skills required in particular creative, strong writing skills and excellent presenter
Enjoys working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
