This role is responsible for delivering operational support to the team and managing all daily administrative tasks and reporting activities.
Responsibilities:
- Set up face-to-face, virtual, and eLearning sessions on the Learning Management System and link them to the appropriate learning journeys for various training programmes.
- Upload General hours on GIA website on a bi-weekly basis and prepare corresponding reports on the non-completion status.
- Send monthly reminders regarding incomplete GI Hours and provide troubleshooting support as needed.
- Compile attendance records for training programmes, follow up with trainers for outstanding documentation, and assist in the submission of IBF certification applications for Tied Distribution representatives.
- Assist in the dissemination of Letter of Support for IBF-FTS and IBF-STS programmes
- Upload new FSCs required CPD hours in iLearn monthly
- Process and approve external CPD hours on iLearn
- Creation of SCI accounts and LIMRA accounts for newly appointed leaders
- Clear enquiry emails within 24 business hours
- Other ad hoc admin duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Preferably 1 year of working experience in the financial industry
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Customer Oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, committed, strong team player and willing to learn.
- Training will be provided.
