Salary: $2200 - $2900 (depending on experience)
Job Scope:
- Provide support to HR Business Partners in the day-to-day operations.
- Assist and coordinate interviews arrangement.
- Organise and schedule meetings/appointments for reporting officers.
- Recruitment for Intern/Temp Staff and support on-boarding & off-boarding processes.
- Process monthly invoices.
- Maintain proper HR documentation.
- Maintain a proper filling system and documentation and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Assist in Orientation and other Employee Lifecycle events.
- Any other HR related admin and project works.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma in Business / HR or related field
- Min 1 year of relevant experience in coordinating interviews / raising invoices / other admin work
- Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality
