Job Description
- Responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment for Group Channels & Digitalisation role, partnering Hiring Managers and HRBPs to meet business needs.
- Manages sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding for Branch Digital Executive
- Advises stakeholders on hiring strategy, market insights, and candidate selection.
- Ensures compliance with recruitment governance, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
- Delivers a professional candidate experience while supporting reporting and hiring KPIs.
- Assist in any other work and projects as assigned
Requirements
- Degree with related fields with minimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in banking or sales hiring
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
