Job Responsibilities
- Perform inspection or testing of product to ensure conformity to defined specifications, QC checklist and/or drawings.
- Document inspection result and perform system transaction in the SAP after buyoff or inspection.
- Perform inspection and document results of FAI samples submitted from supplier.
- Initiate Quality Notification via SAP for Non-Conforming products detected during inspection
- Carry out any other administrative job function. (eg collating of DHR)
Requirements:
- Minimum Secondary school/ NITEC/ Diploma in any engineering or related course of studies
- At least 2 years of working experience in manufacturing is preferred.
- Experience in laboratory activities is desirable.
- Experience in performing inspection of parts, such as PCBA, electrical and mechanical parts with reference to engineering drawing/specification.
- Working knowledge in using vernier caliper, micrometer, smartscope, pipette. Luxo lamp, eye lupe and microscope, if required, to perform inspection or testing
- Working experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is desirable.
