Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, templates, trackers, and reporting standards.
- Track and monitor a portfolio of projects, including site master plan, Lean/Six Sigma, and strategic initiatives.
- Consolidate project updates, risks, milestones, and actions into clear weekly and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect updates and follow up on deliverables and decisions.
- Support leadership reviews, meetings, and governance forums through preparation of materials and documentation.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready project documentation in accordance with governance requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Working knowledge of project management fundamentals and PMO processes.
- Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement projects is an advantage.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, trackers, and structured reporting tools.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
