6 months Part-time Staff (Community Health Screening) WED-SUN HZTK

Working Hours: Default workdays will be Every Wed to Fri, 830am-6pm, up to 5 days a week
If there is event on weekends, they will be deployed on weekends (Sat and Sun)

Job Summary

You will coordinate and oversee FS events by assessing venues, managing event execution, supporting planning and logistics, and engaging seniors to attend follow-up appointments, ensuring smooth operations and vendor performance.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and logistics for Health Talk and Outreach Events to ensure readiness and resource availability
• Coordinate event operations to maintain smooth workflows and address issues promptly during events
• Travel to various event sites and community locations as required
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet event scheduling needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in event operations, customer service, administration, or community outreach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Comfort interacting with seniors and members of the public
