Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to Operations and Marketing teams
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-up actions
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentation materials
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Support marketing activities, materials, and campaign coordination
  • Assist in organising company events and logistics
  • Maintain records, trackers, and filing systems
  • Handle general office coordination and other ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Liaison & oversight of IT operations and on-site IT contractors on their schedules
  • Daily office operations, including pantry supplies and general office maintenance
  • Liaising with 3rd vendors on the corporate gifts, office management.
  • To liaise regarding data roaming requests for company-issued mobile devices.
  • Misc admin tasks: purchase of stationery, copier paper, liaise with broker on the employee staff medical claims dispute etc.
