Job Responsibilities:
- Review and coordinate mechanical engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications for building projects.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee site works and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory regulations, codes, and standards, including BCA, NEA, and SCDF requirements.
- Monitor project schedules, quality, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during project implementation.
- Prepare project reports, technical documentation, and progress updates.
- Perform other engineering duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), Building Services, MEP, Facilities Management, or project engineering.
- Familiarity with mechanical building systems and engineering drawings.
- Able to work effectively with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
