Campaign & Marketing Support
. Coordinate campaign execution and rollout, including collecting and submitting briefs, tracking deadlines, and follow-ups
. Assist with both online and offline campaign setup (e.g. coordinating collateral, comms messaging, scheduling digital assets, liaising with vendors or internal teams)
. Conduct pre-launch checks (e.g. ensuring links work, content is correct, segmentation is set)
. Assist in post-campaign wrap-up: performance tracking, lessons learned, collecting data for reports
Data & Reporting
. Track and maintain data / numbers for membership KPIs (e.g. new signups, retention, attrition, utilization rate)
. Prepare regular dashboards or summary reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
. Help with data integrity tasks: cleaning, verifying, reconciling membership databases
Membership & Operational Support
. Handle membership-related inquiries (via email) in a timely, courteous manner
. Liaise with internal stakeholders (IT, marketing, vendor partners) to resolve operational issues
. Assist with membership administration: processing new memberships/renewals, termination.
Process Improvement & Documentation
. Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring tasks
. Suggest improvements to workflows, tools, or systems to boost efficiency or reduce errors
. Support ad hoc projects or special tasks as assigned by the membership team lead
