- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM
- Working hours may occasionally be staggered, with an earlier start time of 8:00 AM.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist Customer Service Officers in verifying and updating patient information with patients.
- Provide wayfinding assistance and guide patients to the appropriate departments, waiting areas and scan rooms.
- Assist in preparing patients for medical imaging scans, ensuring they are properly briefed and ready for the procedure.
- Provide support and reassurance to patients throughout the scan process to ensure a smooth, comfortable and positive patient experience.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
