Duration: 1 October 2024 to 31 March 2025 (maternity coverage)

Responsibilities:

Manage Faculty HR matters which include the following areas :

• Assist with recruitment including campus visits
• Process new appointments, reappointments, recontracts on a timely basis
• Assist with promotion and tenure matters
• Support onboarding and offboarding matters
• Provide HR advisory on processes and procedures
• Collate HR data and update staff information databases for reporting/ analysis
• General admin matters

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years of prior working HR experience
• Well-versed in employment act
