The Job:
- Lead and mentor a team of UAT testers, providing guidance and support throughout the testing process.
- Design, document, and execute UAT test cases, ensuring thorough validation of software functionality and user experience.
- Coordinate UAT activities, including test execution, defect tracking, and reporting on testing progress and results.
- Facilitate UAT sessions with end-users, gathering feedback and ensuring that all identified issues are addressed before deployment.
- Monitor and report on UAT metrics, including test coverage, defect rates, and overall testing effectiveness
