6 Months Contract Technical Project Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Portfolio Management

• Contribute to the maintenance of SEA&I Technology strategic roadmap
• Actively participate in the annual and quarterly strategic planning lifecycle
• Develop and manage the portfolio needed to execute our annual operating plans
• Manage portfolio operational status & health reporting
• Comprehensive budgeting to include forecasts & actuals
• Issue and manage purchase orders and billings related to Technology spend.

Project Management

• Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues
• Conduct regular post-project reviews
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams
• Align technical execution with organizational goals
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams
• Drive process optimization and efficiency

Asset Tracking & Lifecycle

• Oversee physical, financial, or digital asset tracking - from acquisition and maintenance through to disposal
• Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize returns, track asset lifecycles and mitigate risks across various asset categories
• Monitor asset performance metrics/dashboards and ensure adherence to relevant financial, regulatory compliance, globally aligned standards and processes.

 REQUIREMENTS

·      Bachelor's degree

·      5 years of experience in technology project and portfolio management

·      Understanding of project and portfolio management best practices and tools

·      Self-motivated, with a high sense of integrity, accountability, urgency, and drive 

·      Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and experience leading discussions and presenting to varying levels of leadership

·      Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented, matrixed environment  

·      Experience in defining and delivering portfolio reporting that provides insights and holds cross-functional teams accountable for delivering results

·      Experience preferred using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Airtable, Smartsheet, Coupa, etc.

·      Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow

·      Proven track record in asset management, financial analysis, or portfolio management.

·      Proficiency with asset tracking software, financial modeling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

·      Experience in technical knowledge IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and applications
