6 Months Contract Senior/Officer (Credit Control)

Responsibilities

1. Perform timely cash application on remittance from customers and IATA customers

2. Arrange issuance of Dunning Letters and Statement of Accounts to all customers

3. Monitor outstanding debts and follow up proactively with customers to ensure timely collection

4. Daily monitor and update on invoice status for training seminars

5. Maintain and update customers master data

6. Maintain and update credit limit/credit term for new and existing customers

7. Prepare monthly AR and collection reports

8. Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Finance) to resolve disputes affecting payments

9. Update journal entry for debt write-off, estimated credit loss journals

10. Post audit confirmation of Accounts Receivable

11. Participate in automation or system enhancements

12. Assist to provide update on application outcome & carry out any other duties as assigned

Requirements
1. At least 2 years work experience

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP and able to multi-task and work independently

3. Preference will be given to those with a Diploma in Finance, Business or Accountancy and with relevant work experience

Note: This is a 6 months contract with renewal subjected to BU needs & approval
