Job Overview
Support Client's branding and talent attraction initiatives by coordinating recruitment campaigns, creating engaging content, supporting outreach activities, and assisting with HR projects. The role involves working with internal stakeholders and external partners to strengthen their brand and attract future talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and coordination of employer branding initiatives, including recruitment videos, corporate brochures, talent attraction campaigns, and employee storytelling projects.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage project timelines, deliverables, and updates.
- Assist with content development, including social media content, marketing materials, presentations, and project documentation.
- Support career fairs, campus engagement sessions, recruitment drives, and other talent outreach activities.
- Maintain employer branding resources, databases, and marketing collateral to ensure information is accurate and updated.
- Support data tracking, campaign reporting, and preparation of insights for talent attraction initiatives.
- Assist with procurement documents, meeting notes, and other administrative tasks.
- Provide support for other ad-hoc HR projects and operational tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Human Resource, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with different stakeholders and managing multiple tasks.
- Experience in content creation, event coordination, communications, or HR projects will be an advantage.
