Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with Recruitment: Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates. Assist in monthly recruitment data and reports for SG and Southeast Asia region.
  • Assist in hiring of interns, planning and coordinating Internship Engagement Activities.
  • Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, and ensuring all necessary paperwork and preparation are completed.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information in Workday.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
  • HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives, contributing ideas and assisting with implementation in analyse data and creating powerpoint.
  • Learning and Development: Support the planning, coordination and facilitate of training programs and development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in human resource
  • flexible to travel between 2 offices (Nexus and Gul)
  • Able to take up 6 months full-time internship from Jun to Dec 2026.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
