Duties:

• Answer and reply to emails from external clients
• Deliver prompt and efficient service to order processing via call centre hotline, email, sales order
• Provide admin support when necessary. E.g. Filing, data entry, retrieval of documents, etc or any other duties assigned

Working hours: Mon-Fri office hours

Requirements:
- Min Dip in any qualifications
- Prior Customer Service exp preferred
