- Drive regular strategic client meetings, documenting, understanding the onboarding and transition activities timelines, deliverables, requirements, key dependencies and track to closure, escalating where necessary.
- Ensure that all the account and markets opening documentation are in place for setup on services requested by client
- Ensure complete documentation for implementation sign-off, audit and control
- Conduct post-Implementation reviews (PIR) to document findings and issues to ensure continuous improvement and promote team learning.
- Ensure close collaborations with Internal stakeholders - specifically Client Delivery, Client Development, Sales and Relationship Managers to manage pipeline, resourcing and project handovers.
