Jobs Responsibilities
- Lead monthly expense closing, reporting and variance analysis to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare expense forecasts, budgets and allocations, working closely with stakeholders to support financial planning.
- Develop management reports and presentations, providing insights into expense trends and business performance.
- Partner with Financial Reporting, Actuarial and Finance teams to ensure consistency in expense reporting and planning.
- Drive process improvements to enhance expense tracking, reporting efficiency and data quality.
- Review work completed by junior team members and support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting projects.
Job Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of experience in management reporting, financial reporting, FP&A or expense management.
