Job Description

Pasir Panjang

8.30am to 5pm (Mon - Thurs), 4pm (Fri)

Up to $4300

  • Process and verify supplier invoices
  • Perform invoice matching and data entry
  • Prepare payments to vendors and suppliers
  • Handle vendor enquiries and resolve payment issues
  • Assist with AP reconciliation and reporting
  • Ensure invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time
  • Support other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned
