Job Description


  • Managing relationships with suppliers, coordinating inventory and logistics activities, and ensuring data integrity in the systems used by the CS&L functions
  • Managing relationships with various suppliers, such as Customs Clearance LSP, Repacker, and Freight forwarders
  • Supporting stock-at-risk identification and physical destruction of products following write-off
  • Performing inventory reconciliation between different systems
  • Acting as the primary contact for inventory allocation and communication of availability dates.
  • Coordinating and executing re-packing activities within the market
  • Reporting end customer service level performance and cost effectiveness through KPI's
  • Ensuring the integrity of Material Master and Customer data in the systems used within the CS&L functions, including set-ups for new product introduction

  • Min 3 - 5 years of experience in Supply Chain / Customer Service operations, preferably in Pharmaceutical industry
  • Extensive experience in managing 3PL and performing contract negotiations
  • Experience in operating a customer-facing team to provide excellent level of Customer Service
  • Experience in managing the in-country warehousing & distribution
