Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts receivable and payable processes, perform bank reconciliations, and prepare daily reports on credit card transactions and bank balances.
- Manage payment schedules, follow up on outstanding payments in a timely manner, and provide regular financial reports (daily or weekly) to management.
- Prepare key financial documents including daily sales reports, quarterly GST submissions, annual commission statements, and fixed asset depreciation reports.
- Oversee petty cash usage, process staff reimbursements, and coordinate daily bank deposits.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems while ensuring adherence to internal financial controls and compliance requirements.
- Assist with internal and external audits by liaising with auditors, financial institutions, and relevant government bodies.
- Carry out monthly inventory stocktakes and manage asset disposals or write-offs in accordance with company policies.
- Work closely with management to support efficient financial operations and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
