• Process corporate action events for Singapore and Foreign markets
• Ensure no disruption in daily BAU in terms of accuracy and timeliness to meet Service Level Indicator as established with Business
• Attend to internal and external customers queries received from internal Business units
• Adhere to documented procedures, control guidelines and compliance framework
• Handle ad-hoc assignments/initiatives as assigned
