Job Summary
Join a fully self-funded, boutique real estate firm in Singapore specializing in personalized property solutions for expat clients across APAC and the Middle East. This role focuses on UK and international properties, delivering tailored investment and lifestyle recommendations to high-net-worth clients.
Responsibilities
- Source and present UK and international properties from agency partners to high-net-worth expat clients, tailoring recommendations to align with their investment goals, lifestyle preferences, and financial requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling, conducting thorough needs assessments, guiding clients through transactions, and providing post-sales support including property management and lettings
- Leverage and expand a global agency network to access premium property listings and exclusive opportunities
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless, client-centric services, including facilitating mortgage and legal referrals to support client transactions
- Identify and pursue new client leads, particularly through financial advisor networks, to contribute to business growth and support the firm's rebranding and expansion into commercial assets such as office, retail, mixed-use, F&B, and hotels
- Report directly to the founder/partner, operating in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment that values autonomy and strategic contribution
Required competencies and certifications
- Native-level English proficiency essential for effective communication with expat clients
- Proven experience in real estate brokerage, sales, or advisory, with a focus on overseas/UK properties or expat/international clients
- Strong UK background demonstrated by living, working, or studying in the UK to ensure deep market knowledge and credibility
- Valid Singapore work rights (Employment Pass sponsorship likely for qualified candidates)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Fluency in additional languages such as Mandarin or Cantonese to enhance client engagement
- Experience working in boutique or independent real estate firms preferred for adaptability and client-focused service delivery
