Responsibilities:
- Greet and register patients
- Schedule patient appointment
- Coordinate specialists consultation referrals
- Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
- Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
Requirements:
- Minimum N / O / A / NITEC / Diploma in any courses
- No exp needed, training provided
- Healthcare experience will be an advantage but not compulsory
$10.50 to $13 / hour
