Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Conceptualization: Develop bold and strategic design concepts for retail environments, events, product launches, and brand activations.
• Design Execution: Create high-quality layouts, renders, mockups, and final artwork for digital and print outputs.
• Retail-Focused Solutions: Design with a deep understanding of visual merchandising, in-store branding, and space utilization.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (production, marketing, installation) and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Trend Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with retail and design trends and incorporate insights into your creative process.
• Production Readiness: Prepare accurate, production-ready files and liaise with print/fabrication vendors to ensure flawless final execution.
• Time Management: Balance multiple projects and deliverables while maintaining design quality and brand consistency.

Must-Have Requirements:

To qualify for this role, you must be able to answer YES to the following:

• Do you have experience in designing for retail environments (e.g., in-store branding, visual merchandising, store displays)
• Have you worked on projects involving both creative design and physical execution (e.g., collaborating with fabrication or installation teams)
• Have you led or contributed significantly to a retail design campaign from concept to execution
• Are you proficient in 3D visualization tools like SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software
• Are you comfortable working within brand guidelines while delivering creative, original solutions
• Do you have experience preparing final artwork for print and production (e.g., dielines, color proofing, specifications)
• Can you handle multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Do you have experience working with vendors, printers, or production teams to ensure correct output and installation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign. Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) is a plus.
• Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of branding, print and digital production, user experience, and environmental design.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot and correct issues across layout, typography, formatting, and production output.
• Strong Communication Skills: Able to clearly present concepts and collaborate with internal and external teams.
• Self-Starter: Proactive, adaptable, and eager to grow in a dynamic, hands-on design environment.
