3D DESIGNER

(ON-SITE, SINGAPORE)

Role Overview

As a 3D Designer at Dezign Format, you translate creative concepts into spatial form. Working closely with

Creative director, Art Director and Graphic Designers, you develop environments that are visually compelling,

spatially clear, and technically feasible across exhibitions, events, retail environments, and experiential

installations.

Your role sits at the intersection of concept, form, and execution, supporting projects from early design stages

through to production development.

What You'll Do

Spatial Design & Visualisation

• Develop 3D models, layouts, and spatial visualisations based on approved concepts.

• Translate creative direction into clear spatial compositions, considering scale, flow, and user experience.

• Produce presentation-ready visuals for internal reviews and client presentations.

Design Development

• Work closely with Creative and Art Directors to refine design intent and spatial storytelling.

• Coordinate with Graphic Designers to integrate graphics into spatial designs.

• Support design development by resolving spatial and technical details.

Collaboration

• Collaborate with project managers, draftsmen, and production teams to ensure designs are feasible and

aligned with build requirements.

• Participate in design discussions and reviews to improve overall project quality.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Background

• Proven experience in spatial, exhibition, event, or experiential design.

• Experience working on commercial projects is preferred.

Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in 3D design software such as SketchUp, Enscape, Rhino or 3ds Max.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and spatial planning.

Soft Skills

• Ability to interpret creative direction and develop designs independently.

• Strong visual sensitivity and attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
