Overall Responsibilities:
To actively involve in supporting HR in areas of workforce planning, recruitment process, payroll activities, benefits administration, employee engagement and record management.
Includes the below but not limited to:
- Implements effective sourcing, interviewing and selection strategy for new staff.
- Direct all hiring requirements including application of work pass and dependent pass, entry application and hotel arrangements for all overseas candidates.
- Prepares and maintains employee records such as employment contracts, confirmation, leaves, transfers and promotions.
- Maintain data integrity and information confidentiality in dealings with sensitive documents.
- Organize, maintain and update employee Pfile and records in SAGE Easy Pay.
- Hands on knowledge with payroll processing using SAGE Easy Pay.
- Understands and adhere to all statutory requirements, labor laws and legislation and properly communicated to management and staff.
- Coordinates on monthly MIS, HR dashboards, HR projects, surveys, policies, HR analytics, and presentations.
- Coordinates and monitors employee engagement surveys such as Employee Satisfaction and Onboarding Surveys analyzes and communicates results to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitors Budgeted Vs. Actual Headcount across entities monthly identifies and highlights variances.
- Supports internal HR systems usage and optimization.
- Assists in project implementation and supports ad-hoc HR data requirements as needed.
- Coordinates with third-party vendors and ensures timely payment and contract management.
- Interfaces with employees to facilitate clear communication and effective resolution of HR matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/ Master's degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR functions including recruitment, data collation, analysis, and payroll.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and HR data analytics.
- Experience with HR systems such as SAGE Easy Pay preferred.
- Familiar with statutory requirements, labor laws, and HR operational compliance.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments adaptable and efficient.
- Proven coordination and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in conflict resolution or employee relations is a plus.
