Finance Executive

Finance Executive - SGD 2,500 - SGD 3,000

We are looking for a energetic and proactive Finance Executive to support our accounting and financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Job description

. Assist with month-end closing and preparation of full set of accounts

. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

. Prepare and issue sales invoices to customers and follow up on collections

. Process supplier invoices and update to ERP system with accurate data entry

. Perform monthly bank reconciliations (1-2 banks)

. Record and reconcile debit and credit card transactions (1-2 cards)

. Maintain and update employee expense claims in the ERP system

. Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and financial reports

. Support management with ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

. Diploma in Accounting

. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

. Team player with good communication skills.

. Organized, self-driven and able to multi-task

. Able to work in a fast-paced working environment.

. Proficient in MS Office and Excel.

. Able to start work within short notice

Other Information

. 5-day work week: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

. 14 days of annual leave

. Hybrid work arrangement: 2 days of work from home per week

. Complimentary shuttle service to and from Redhill MRT during lunch hours and at the start/end of the workday
