3 Months Temp Usher #HGAT

Working Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 8:15 AM - 5:45 PM (Clinic hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
• Friday: 8:15 AM - 5:15 PM (Clinic hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)

Staff are required to report 15 minutes before clinic opening. Shift timings may be adjusted by the department based on operational requirements.

Job Scope:

• Guide and usher patients to the correct clinics and service points.
• Provide directional assistance at drop-off areas and entrances.
• Operate stair climber (training provided) to assist patients with mobility needs.
• Coordinate support for wheelchair-bound patients as needed.
• Support general patient flow and assist with on-site operational needs.

Requirements:

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to guide patients confidently.
• Must be able to commit for the full 3-month duration.
• Prior healthcare or patient-facing experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
