Job Responsibilities
. Promote HealthHub app and assist patients to download the app.
. Guide patients at self-payment kiosk and self-registration kiosk, and educate them on mobile payment.
. Provide support as and when required.

Requirements:
- Minimum N/O/A level
. Prior customer service background is advantageous.
. Able to commit to shift work: Monday - Friday: 7.30am - 4pm / 8am - 4.30pm / 8.30am - 5pm, Saturday: 7.30am - 12pm / 8am - 12.30pm / 8.30am - 1pm
. Able to commit to contract Duration: 7 September - 27 November 2026, may extend further.
