We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:
Salary: $18
Duration: 3 months
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide close observation and monitoring for patients requiring enhanced supervision.
- Observe patients and identify any changes in behaviour or condition.
- Escalate any concerns or unusual observations to the nursing team promptly.
- Receive training on the appropriate observation and escalation procedures.
- When enhanced monitoring is not required, assist with normal inpatient ward duties and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) support.
- Support the nursing team with general patient care and ward-related duties.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients.
Job Requirements:
- Nursing background is required.
- Open to fresh Diploma/Degree holders from Nursing.
