3 Months Recruiting Support - Banking #HMS

Contract period: 3 months (with possible extension for another 3 months)

Budget: Base salary of S$2,300 per month

Work Arrangement: 5 day work week Hybrid (3 days WFO, 2 days WFH)

Location : South Beach Tower (Esplanade)

• Sending out invites for pre-screening assessment (PST) to candidates
• Helping to collate PST results
• Sending out interview invites and rejection emails to candidates depending on PST outcome
• Scheduling of interviews with candidates and interviewers
• Updating of the Application Tracker System (Avature) and other trackers
• Support logistics for recruiting events, where needed
• Assist with data collation, preparation of recruiting materials, sourcing of gifts where needed
