Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications accurately, ensuring correct dosing and monitoring for drug interactions or adverse effects.
- Provide patients and healthcare staff with clear information on medication purpose, dosage, administration, and side effects.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain compliance with drug regulations and implement medication safety practices including proper documentation, storage, and handling.
Requirements:
- Registered Pharmacist with Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC) with relevant experience in clinical or hospice settings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to medication safety.
- Up-to-date knowledge of drug regulations and best practices.
