Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure they are well-prepared
- Handle mail and courier services - receiving, sorting, and dispatching
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area
- Provide basic administrative support such as filing, data entry, or scanning documents
- Assist in ordering and managing office supplies and pantry items
- Support other teams with ad hoc tasks when needed
