2D CAD Drafter

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed 2D CAD drawings for civil and structural building work.
• Collaborate with managers and engineers to gather necessary input and resolve drawing-related issues.
• Revise and update existing drawings as directed to reflect design changes or mark-ups.
• Maintain organized project files and office drafting template and standard details and drawing records.
• Assist in preparing drawing submittals and documentation for review purposes.
• Operate autodesk revit and produce BIM model with ifc-sg compliance.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Drafting experience in local consultancy firm is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
