2697 - Customer Service Officer [Food Trading]

5.5 Days Monday -Friday 7am - 4pm, Saturday 7am - 11am

Salary: $2000 - $2500

Location: Boon Lay MRT

Overview of a customer service

The candidate will be responsible for attending to customer requests that can range from attending to phone calls on product availability, request for pricing, coordinating with sales team and work with production for build to order items, exports up to the fulfilment of orders from the warehouse team and last mile delivery to customer. On top of these roles, customer service personnel would be required to do office administrative work like filing, updates on pricing and support the e-commerce teams.

Key Responsibilities:

As Customer Service personnel you'll need to:

• Use SAP systems to enter orders.
• Use associated information systems to coordinate and control the order cycle.
• Should there be a shortage of product, to work with sales team for product allocation.
