What you will be working on
The Social Media and Digital Content (SMDC) team plays a pivotal role in creating, managing, and optimising content to achieve CPF Boards goals. By producing meaningful and informative content, you will help Singaporeans understand the importance of CPF in their financial planning and retirement readiness.
In this role, you will:
- Execute the strategic roadmap for communication through digital and social media content for the Board, with a particular focus on creating compelling, integrated, and effective native experiences for our members. You will be exposed to the full spectrum of digital and social media marketing to various segments of the population and learn to effectively manage agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Produce engaging TikTok videos, Instagram stories, static posts, etc.
- Foster and nurture community engagement across social media platforms.
- Enhance visibility and engagement of CPF Boards social media platforms and content through targeted strategies.
- Coordinate and oversee collaborations with external content creators and social media agencies.
What are we looking for
We value the diverse skills and perspectives that each intern brings. While you may not need to meet every requirement fully, having some familiarity or budding expertise in the following areas will help you make the most of this opportunity and succeed with our team.
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or a Degree in Marketing or Communication studies, or a related field.
- Experience with copywriting, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, video or photography, and using social media or analytics tools (like Google Analytics) is a plus but not required.
- Interested in digital and social media.
- Communicates clearly, both in speaking and writing.
- Keeps work organised and pays attention to detail.
- Works well independently with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
Position is on a full-time internship basis from
December 2025 - December 2026.
