Working Days & Hours: 5 days | Mon-Fri: 8.15am to 5pm Working Location: 20 Pioneer Crescent (Pick Up/ Drop Off at Boon Lay MRT) Salary Range: $4200-$5200 + VB
Job Responsibilities:
Receive inquires & purchase orders on company's products (Extruders / Gas Compressors)
Responsible for aftersales activities on company's products in S.E.A. market
Periodical visit , technical discussions and consultation for the machines supplied from Japan to customers
Travel to Japan of our Tokyo head office or Takasago factory with the customers for meetings
Discuss usual maintenance and periodical overhauling work with customers
Submit visit report and communicate with Tokyo head office or Takasago Factory
Provide support work for head office and customers (communication, delivery etc.) of repair/modification in Japan
Make arrangement of hotel reservation, transportation for head office's supervisors who visit customers and accompanying with them
Troubleshooting support at the customers plant including visit to the customers, transferring the information what is happening in the field to Takasago factory etc.

Able to go Business Trips to SEA countries (about 2-3 times a month)
