12 Months Contract
9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday
- Receive, execute and deliver daily HR transactions in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that committed service standards are met/exceeded
- Ensure quality employee data maintenance in the HR system and address data discrepancies promptly to support accurate data analytics and reporting
- Respond to staff enquiries and work closely with Employee Services Partners and/or other HR teams to resolve service issues
- Maintain dashboards and manage regular reporting to internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities
- Assist in monitoring and processing claims and payments with accuracy and timeliness, and coordinating with relevant parties to address related queries where required
- Contribute to periodic audit and compliance reviews by internal and external auditors
- Partner HR teams and colleagues across geographies to ensure prompt delivery of HR support actions
- Participate in regular process reviews and contribute ideas to improve processes to achieve better efficiency and productivity
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience preferably in HR shared services environment
- Knowledge of employment regulations as well as MAS Representative Notification Framework will be an advantage
