Responsibilities
- Provide user requirements, review and approve test plans and results and perform User Acceptance Tests to support the change
- Liaise with relevant business, function and technology teams to document requirements and change requests for effective solutions that meet business needs.
- Create and design process flows, journey maps to facilitate understanding of end-to-end processes, including cross functional processes.
- Review and identify opportunities for process improvements, straight-through processing and drive automation.
- Review and develop Standard Operating Procedures and train the processing team.
- Support ad hoc projects and coordinate user testing for new products, system enhancements and system defects.
Requirements
- At least 3 years working experience
- Role does require overtime commitment depending on work requirements
