Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate client risk assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and established risk management standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to front office teams on client onboarding documentation and form completion requirements.
  • Perform quality checks on client documentation throughout the client lifecycle, ensuring completeness and accuracy as a second-level reviewer.
  • Maintain and manage client records in accordance with internal record-keeping and data management requirements.
  • Prepare periodic management reports, including account documentation exceptions, operational metrics, and other relevant statistics.
  • Process and ensure timely updates of client static data and account information.
  • Handle client information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Support internal audits, regulatory reviews, and information requests from internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in account opening, client onboarding, or account documentation for individual and corporate clients, including local and foreign-incorporated entities.
  • Good understanding of KYC, AML, regulatory requirements, banking controls, and operational risk frameworks.
  • Prior experience in a Client Onboarding, KYC, Client Lifecycle Management, or related operations role within the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Salary: $3,500-$5,500
