Our consulting client is supporting a major financial services programme and is seeking an experienced UAT professional with strong exposure to client onboarding and regulatory processes.
The consultant will lead and execute User Acceptance Testing activities across initiatives impacting customer onboarding, remediation, and lifecycle management controls. This is a delivery focused role within a transformation programme.
Develop structured UAT strategies, detailed test plans, and end to end test scenarios aligned to regulatory and operational objectives
Validate full client journeys including onboarding, data amendments, trigger events, and periodic reviews
Translate functional and business requirements into clear and comprehensive test coverage
Coordinate UAT cycles, manage defect triage, assess risk impact, and drive timely resolution
Identify process gaps and propose enhancements to testing frameworks and control effectiveness
8 to 10 years in UAT delivery, business analysis, or client lifecycle management within banking or financial services
Strong knowledge of onboarding and due diligence workflows
Experience managing concurrent test streams within large scale transformation programmes
Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation capability
At least 6 years in a techno functional capacity
Solid understanding of SDLC, application architecture, and data flow across integrated platforms
Prior exposure to regulatory, compliance, or financial crime initiatives is highly valued
