Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis & Product Development

• Define product requirements, features, and capabilities across regional markets.

• Develop customer journeys and end-to-end process designs.

• Support the creation of test scenarios, migration plans, and implementation strategies.

• Collaborate with Business Architecture and IT teams to ensure standardization and alignment.

• Ensure all product designs meet business objectives and client expectations.

2. Backlog & Requirement Management

• Manage, prioritize, and refine product, defect, and BAU backlogs.

• Draft and review clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Ensure transparency and understanding of requirements across all stakeholders.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and other cross-functional teams.

• Gather and analyze feedback to refine and enhance product functionality.

4. Sprint Planning & Execution

• Participate in sprint ceremonies and planning meetings.

• Communicate requirements and priorities to the development team.

• Review deliverables during sprint reviews to ensure alignment with objectives.

5. Change Management & Decision Support

• Support decision-making regarding product features, scope, and timelines.

• Balance technical feasibility, business value, and user needs.

• Manage change requests through established frameworks and controls.

6. Market & User Research

• Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor products.

• Identify opportunities for new product features or process improvements.

7. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

• Track and analyze product performance metrics.

• Identify improvement areas and drive continuous enhancements to processes and systems.

8. Team Support

Collaborate with peers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and successful project execution.
