Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the one-stop Healthier SG booth and assist patients/residents with Healthier SG enrolment and related enquiries.
- Engage patients and residents through one-to-one conversations and small group sharing at hospitals, designated booths and community outreach settings.
- Explain the benefits of Healthier SG and encourage eligible individuals to enrol.
- Guide participants on their first Health Plan review, preventive health recommendations and annual follow-ups.
- Attend to Healthier SG-related enquiries from patients and caregivers.
- Support other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage.
- Comfortable using technology, including mobile apps and system applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
